Graze - free goodies for you!!

Am I a little late to the show for this one? Graze is an amazing lovely company that deliver natural, healthy nibbley foods to your door every week. Mine came today, its like a weekly christmas. You can select all your favourite foods, and stuff you'd like to try, and then they hand pick you a selection, from dried fruit to flapjack to ciabatta to olives. Yums. Theres also theory and stuff involved - apparently nibbling on healthy foods throughout the day stops you craving chips and muffins, which obvs are baddd foods. I'm more than willing to give it a try!
